Residential Electrical Inspections

3 Steps to Safety:

1. TEST

Often, because electricity is invisible, safety hazards go unnoticed UNTIL ITS TOO LATE!  Please don't be a statistic.  Knowing the condition of your electrical system is extremely important. Our inspection will test the following components of your electrical system: Main Service, Panel / Sub-panels, Circuits, Breakers, Overcurrent Device, Type of Wiring, Visible Modifications, Lighting, Receptacles. *Inspection requires access to roof, attic and crawl space.

2. EDUCATE

Part of our responsibility, as an Electrical Contractor, is to process technical information, gathered through training, and present the important elements in an understandable way.

3. CORRECT

More than likely, the inspection will reveal safety hazards that require correction. We base our observations on the National Electrical Code. By and large, the reason for decreased fires (and deaths) is the research and publication of the NEC. If you choose to hire 24 Hour Electric to make a correction we will discount the entire bill 10%. The discount will remain active for 3 years.
